Over a 3 month period living and working in Kibera, Africas largest informal settlement this body of work emerged, hopefully offering a fresh perspective on an often misunderstood neighbourhood.

Hurricane Maria was a category 5 hurricane that devastated Dominica, the U.S. Virgin Ilands, and Puerto Rico in September 2017. It is regarded as the worst natural disaster in recorded history to affect those islands

Traveling with the incredible team from Women for Women, an organisation supporting female survivors of war, we met several Syrian and Yezedi families.

An ongoing project in a country which now feels like a second home, this work started by making a portrait of a country that held the unenviable title of having the highest HIV prevalence in the world. With official figures showing that 27.3 % of the population are living with the disease, this work takes a much more intimate and personal look at these stats.

LEBANON

While working on an ongoing project in association with 'Wild at Heart Foundation', documenting the worlds stray dog situation we traveled to Lebanon on a fact finding mission. What struck me, was the amount of Syrian nationals we met, displaced from years of war across the border.

A two day wedding engagement celebration on Mt. Emlembe culminated in the slaughter of two cows to be shared with the newly joined families and village friends.
